Today on the SP Blog, I’m sharing some of my favorite moments and photos from Morgan + Brendan’s Seattle LDS Temple wedding! While these adorable newlyweds have been enjoying their honeymoon trip to Disneyland (very jealous), I’ve been swooning over their wedding day photos that radiate love everywhere! *insert all the heart eye emojis* If you haven’t already seen their bridal session at Gold Creek Pond, then you can check it out here 🙂
Waiting for the Exit
Michael and I felt so honored that we got to capture Morgan + Brendan’s special day with all of their loved ones. We especially liked how their family made us feel like we belonged from our very first interactions with them. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and kind to us and that always means a lot to us. As a Seattle LDS Temple wedding photographer, we get the privilege to capture the newlyweds as they exit the temple after becoming husband and wife. While we waited, we had the pleasure to meet some of Morgan + Brendan’s family and friends and we all gathered in giddy anticipation for our first look at the newly weds! You could almost *feel* the excitement!

Husband and Wife Temple Exit
The love we witnessed around us was infectious as Morgan + Brendan exited the temple. We were instantly surrounded by the biggest smiles and the warmest hugs as everyone congratulated Morgan + Brendan. I couldn’t help but smile, too, as I captured these precious memories. These moments always seem to go by so quickly on wedding days.
Since Morgan + Brendan decided to do the bulk of their bride and groom photos the day before, we were able to take plenty of big group photos right in front of the temple! After that, we had some good fun with one of the most energetic wedding parties. Then, we finished up with some husband and wife photos in front of the Seattle Washington Temple. Definitely can’t forget to highlight the beautiful temple on a wedding day!
Reception
After formal photos were finished, we made our way to the reception at Blakely Hall in Issaquah where a lot of love and attention was poured into the decor. From the yummy food and flower arrangements put together by Morgan’s mom to the joyful photos everywhere of Morgan + Brendan, this reception was something extra special to be part of. The night was topped off with a bubble exit and our newlyweds left for Disneyland!! How fun is that?!?
I’m so excited to show some of my favorites from Morgan + Brendan’s wedding day and I hope that these photos make you smile like they did for me!
Morgan + Brendan, thank you so much for having me capture such a special time in both of your lives. I can already tell that you two are going to have a long and joyful life together and I couldn’t be happier for you both 🙂 CONGRATULATIONS <3
Much love,
