One of the many things I love about being a family photographer is how every session with younger children turns into us playing games together while I make a fool of myself to get the little ones to look at my camera and laugh. Whatever I’ve got to do to get a little one to smile, am I right?!?!

The beautiful momma from this session is no joke, a super mom. Not only did she arrive with kiddos who were well rested, but she had the promise of treats for good listening and had snacks in the event of the kids becoming hangry.

Little Tessa absolutely adored her baby brother! She was such a good helper, too, when Austin was on a mission to play in the sand. The big smiles on her face show how excited she was to hold her brother for photos. With Austin’s first birthday coming up next week (YAY!), these family photos were especially important.

Little ones grow up so quickly and I hope this sweet family looks back at these photos and remembers all of the crazy and precious memories from this moment in time.
