Where to even begin with this glowy and epic Gold Creek Pond maternity session?! When Angela first reached out to me for her maternity photos, she wanted an epic, snowy location and Gold Creek Pond always comes to mind when I think of “epic.” Although we didn’t have snow over the weekend, we were extremely fortunate to get a glowy sunset behind the treeline and decent weather. This time of year is usually filled with rainy and/ or cloudy days, which are kind of meh to me; no sun = no glow. Enough about the weather because I didn’t come here to burden anyone with small talk although I think being grateful for the sunshine somehow gives me good luck for future sessions, haha 😛

Angela and Tommy are both awesome. I don’t know what it is, but the coolest and most funny couples always seem to find me and I’m not mad about it at all. These two are no exception. After spending time getting to know and laughing with each other, I felt like I’d made two new friends. One of the stories Tommy shared with me made these photos feel extra special to me. When Tommy was an infant, he was really sick, but brought to the hospital in the nick of time. Tommy said that he could’ve died when he was little and luckily he didn’t. Fast forward to now where Angela + Tommy get to bring their own son into the world and think of that as a miracle and a blessing.
Angela + Tommy, I have no doubt in my mind that you two will make amazing parents and raise your little man in a fun and happy home! Miss hanging out with you two already and I wish you a fun time at the baby shower next weekend <3
