Today, the SP Blog is blessed with Callie and Anthony’s romantic and joyful engagement session from last weekend. These lovebirds just bought a house in Mukilteo (WOW!) and when Callie suggested doing their engagement photos at Mukilteo Lighthouse Park, I was pumped! Maybe it’s just me, but I adore lighthouses. Side note: my grandma also loved them and every time I see one, I think of her. What’s a better combination of a beautiful location and a madly in love couple like Callie and Anthony?!?
Mukilteo Lighthouse Park Engagement Session
Due to COVID, I first met Callie and Anthony via Zoom instead of my traditional coffee date. I feel like we instantly clicked as friends during that video call and I’ve been looking forward to finally meeting them both in person. Seriously, these two have the sweetest and most inviting personalities. How did I get so lucky to call them my Stormy Bride and Groom?!?!
Adding more to my excitement around this session was my pleasant surprise that Callie and Anthony were naturals in front of my camera. I don’t say that about all of my couples, either. As soon as I asked them to smile at each other, that’s when I knew. Minutes into their engagement session, I was snapping the cutest giggles and most candid smiles. Usually I don’t see that until about 20-30 minutes after my couples warm up to the camera. I wish Michael and I could warm up that quickly with our own photos!
Needless to say, Callie and Anthony’s session is going down as one of my favorites and I’ll let their photos speak for themselves. Enjoy looking through some of my favorites below!
XOXO,
Stormy
